CARE & WARRANTY GUIDE

This guide provides instructions on proper care, routine maintenance, and warranty coverage for shower enclosures installed by Wholesale Shower Doors LLC. It applies to all glass and hardware, regardless of whether a protective glass coating was purchased.

This document is informational and does not replace or modify the signed contract, nor waive any rights provided under Arizona law.

1. GENERAL CARE – ALL SHOWER ENCLOSURES

Daily / After Use (Strongly Recommended)

  • Remove water from the glass using a squeegee or dry microfiber cloth

Routine Cleaning

  • Clean glass and hardware weekly or as needed

  • Use mild liquid dish soap and water

  • Rinse thoroughly and dry

Do NOT Use

  • Abrasive pads, scouring sponges, steel wool

  • Harsh, acidic, alkaline, or “heavy-duty” cleaners

Improper cleaners may permanently damage glass, coatings, seals, and hardware finishes.

2. GLASS WITH ENDUROSHIELD® PROTECTIVE COATING (If Purchased)

EnduroShield® reduces cleaning effort but does not eliminate maintenance.

  • Glass must be squeegeed or dried after each use

  • Failure to remove standing water may result in mineral buildup

  • Mineral buildup caused by a lack of maintenance is not a coating defect

3. GLASS WITHOUT PROTECTIVE COATING

Glass without a protective coating requires more frequent cleaning and diligent drying. Lack of coating does not constitute a defect.

4. HARD WATER & MINERAL BUILDUP

Water quality varies by location. Mineral buildup caused by standing water, lack of drying, or improper maintenance is not covered under labor or manufacturer warranty.

5. DOOR ALIGNMENT, SETTLING & ADJUSTMENTS

Shower enclosures are installed plumb and level at the time of installation.

Over time, homes may experience structural movement due to settling, temperature changes, or seasonal expansion and contraction. These conditions may affect door alignment or operation.

Such adjustments are considered maintenance, not defective workmanship.

6. SERVICE CALLS & NON-WARRANTY ADJUSTMENTS

Service visits requested for conditions not caused by defective workmanship, including maintenance issues, mineral buildup, door realignment due to building movement, or environmental conditions, are not covered under the labor warranty.

Customer acknowledges that such visits may result in a billable service call to cover travel, labor time, and related expenses. Charges will be disclosed before scheduling service.

7. WARRANTY SUMMARY
  • Labor Warranty: Two (2) years for defective workmanship only

  • Exclusions: Normal wear, maintenance, misuse, improper cleaning, structural movement

  • Products & Coatings: Covered solely by manufacturer warranties, if applicable
