Contract Terms & Conditions
1. CUSTOM MANUFACTURED GLASS – FINAL SALE
All shower doors and glass products are custom-manufactured to the Customer's specifications. Except as required by Arizona law, all custom glass orders are final and non-refundable once approved and released to manufacturing.
2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required upon contract approval to initiate manufacturing and scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon installation completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in delays, suspension of warranty coverage, or collections.
3. CUSTOM MATERIALS ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Customer acknowledges that this agreement includes custom-manufactured glass fabricated specifically for the Customer’s property.
Customer authorizes Wholesale Shower Doors LLC to order custom materials immediately upon contract approval.
If Customer exercises the legal right to cancel this agreement, Customer remains responsible for the cost of any custom-manufactured or non-returnable materials that have already been ordered, fabricated, or shipped. Any refundable portion of the deposit, if applicable, will be returned in accordance with Arizona law.
4. MEASUREMENTS & SITE CONDITIONS
Measurements are based on site conditions at the time of measurement. Any changes to walls, tile, curbs, plumbing, flooring, or structure after measurement may require re-measurement and may result in additional charges.
5. INSTALLATION TIMEFRAME (START & COMPLETION)
Installation typically commences and is completed on the same scheduled installation date.
In the unlikely event that additional time is required due to site conditions, manufacturing issues, delivery delays, or unforeseen circumstances, completion may extend beyond the initial installation date. This satisfies the disclosure of both start and completion time under Arizona law.
6. INSTALLATION LIMITATIONS
Wholesale Shower Doors LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, cracked or loose tile, tile delamination, waterproofing failures, or damage resulting from drilling into existing surfaces. Customer acknowledges that drilling into tile and surrounding materials carries inherent risk.
7. CHANGE ORDERS
All changes must be approved in writing and may affect pricing, manufacturing, or scheduling.
8. INSTALLATION ACCESS & SITE READINESS
Customer shall provide clear access to the installation area, secure pets, and ensure water, power, lighting, and fully cured surfaces are available. Installation dates are estimates and subject to manufacturing timelines, delivery schedules, site readiness, weather, traffic, and unforeseen conditions.
9. WARRANTY
Labor Warranty: Wholesale Shower Doors LLC provides a two (2) year limited labor warranty from the installation date, covering defects in workmanship only.
Material & Hardware Warranty: Glass, hardware, and materials are covered solely by manufacturer warranties, if any. Wholesale Shower Doors LLC is not responsible for manufacturer warranty denials.
Warranties are void if abrasive or harsh cleaners are used, care instructions are ignored, installation is altered or repaired by others, or structural movement occurs. Liability is limited to the original labor amount paid.
10. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective workmanship only and shall not exceed amounts paid for services rendered.
11. PROPERTY DAMAGE
Any damage claims must be reported before installers leave the property. No responsibility is assumed for unreported or pre-existing damage.
12. RIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPH
Customer grants permission for job-site photography for documentation and marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be disclosed.
13. RIGHT TO CANCEL
The customer has the legal right to cancel this transaction within three (3) business days from the date of signing. Cancellation must be submitted in writing and delivered or mailed to Wholesale Shower Doors LLC at the address listed on the front of this invoice.
Cancellation does not relieve Customer of responsibility for authorized custom-manufactured materials as described above.
14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue shall be Pima County, Arizona.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document represents the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal agreements are binding unless in writing.
